RETURN POLICY & SHIPPING

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY


At Poshtag, we are dedicated to giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. We accept returns within 7 days after the purchase date. All approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit, via gift card ONLY. No cash/credit/debit refunds. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and original tags must be attached. We cannot accept items that have been damaged or worn. Items must be free of stains and wear. White clothing, jumpers, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, accessories, and handbags are non-returnable. Poshtag diligently inspects all items before shipping to customers, therefore customers receiving damaged merchandise from Poshtag is extremely unlikely. You may contact us to start the return/exchange process within 7 calendar Days of delivery date receipt. We cannot accept return or exchange request after 7 calendar days post delivery date. Please email us at info.poshtagonline@gmail.com to process your return. Please DO NOT send back merchandise without speaking to one of our representatives. Please allow 2-3 business days for returns or exchanges to be processed after we receive your item(s). After your returned item(s) are successfully processed, a Poshtag gift card will be emailed to you with the exact amount paid for your item(s) minus the shipping cost which is non-refundable. If you have an exchanged item(s), it will be issued after your return has been processed. Poshtag is not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen. Please keep proof of postage and tracking numbers when shipping back returns. You will be notified via email upon receipt of your package. Poshtag does not cover shipping cost for your returned item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements.

 

SHIPPING POLICY 

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after an order has been placed. Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Once your order has been processed, Poshtag is NOT liable for any incorrect shipping information input by customer. Please contact us as soon as possible if any shipping information changes are needed. Once your item has shipped, we can no longer make any changes to your shipping information. If your package states DELIVERED via USPS tracking number and you have not received your package, please contact your local post office. If your package has not been delivered after 30 days of being shipped and it also states it has NOT been delivered via USPS tracking number, we will issue a full refund for your items.
