At Poshtag, we take pride in providing our customers with top notch products and service. Due to hygiene safety for all of our customers, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL. If you are unsure of your size choice, feel free to chat with us via email or DM us on Instagram and we’ll gladly assist you! Once your order is placed, it CAN NOT be canceled! If you need to revise or change your size or shipping info, please reach out to us as soon as possible! Once your order has shipped, it cannot be revised. Poshtag diligently inspects all items before shipping to customers, therefore, customers receiving damaged merchandise from Poshtag is extremely unlikely. If your items have any defects, you must notify us within 24 hours after receiving your package. Claims made after that timeframe will not be accepted. Please DO NOT send back merchandise without speaking to one of our representatives. Poshtag does not cover shipping cost on any acceptable exchanges. For an extremely unlikely occurrence where you have not received your package by USPS as well as your USPS tracking number stating that your package was NOT delivered after 30 days of your purchase, Poshtag will issue you a full refund.
Orders are shipped out within 24 hours after your order has been placed. (Excluding Holidays). You will receive email confirmation once we have received your order. We offer USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be emailed and or texted to you once your order has been processed. If you realized you entered the incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the correction. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information. Poshtag DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED. If your tracking information state delivered and you have not received your package, please contact your local post office. For an extremely unlikely occurrence where you have not received your package by USPS as well as your USPS tracking number stating that your package was NOT delivered after 30 days of your purchase, Poshtag will issue you a full refund.
