Items must be unworn, unwashed, and original tags must be attached. We cannot accept items that have been damaged or worn. Items must be free of stains and wear. Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, accessories, and handbags are non-returnable. Poshtag diligently inspects items before shipping to customers, therefore customers receiving damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. You may contact us to start the return or exchange process within 7 calendar Days of delivery date receipt. We cannot accept return or exchange request after 7 calendar days post delivery date. Please email us at info.poshtagonline@gmail.com to process your return. Please DO NOT send back merchandise without speaking to one of our representatives. Please allow 1-2 business days for returns or exchanges to be processed after we receive your item(s). After your returned item(s) are successfully processed, store credit or exchanged item(s) will be issued. Poshtag is not liable for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen. Please keep proof of postage and tracking numbers when shipping back returns. You will be notified via email upon receipt of your package. Poshtag does not cover shipping cost for your returned items. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements. We appreciate your understanding.



Orders are shipped out 1-2 business days after order is received. Overnight shipping orders placed by 12pm EST will be shipped same business day via overnight shipping. If placed after 12pm EST, orders will ship by next business day. You will receive email confirmation once we have received your order. We offer USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been processed. Shipping cost will be displayed at point of checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.This amount will be deducted from your merchandise purchase in the event of returning any item. If you realized you entered the incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the correction. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information. Poshtag DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED. If your tracking information state delivered and you have not received your package, please contact your local post office.

NOTE: We also offer local same day delivery for the DMV Metropolitan area (Within 45 minutes outside of Washington D.C. ONLY). Same day delivery orders must be placed by 3 pm EST. Select the same day delivery option at checkout. You will be contacted via email and or text to notify you of your estimated delivery time.
